Built For This
Modern Wellness Industries are only looking at "what's wrong." I want to show you what's RIGHT with you.
The things that got you this far are often the exact things that eventually start working against you so they call it dysfunction.
Your independence kept you going.
Your ability to push through got shit done.
Your hyper-awareness kept you prepared.
Your perfectionism helped you produce.
Your ability to shut your feelings off helped you survive.
Your drive made you successful.
These weren't character flaws. They were intelligent adaptations.
But adaptations are supposed to adapt. And somewhere along the way, the strategies that helped you survive started running your life.
Your nervous system got stuck on "kill on sight" energy.
You push until you're depleted. You hold everything together until you can't. You ignore your body's signals until it forces you to listen. You avoid the things that make you feel vulnerable. You swing between “I've got this” and “I literally cannot do this anymore.”
And then you wonder why you can't seem to create the life you know you want. It's not because you're lazy. It's not because you're broken. And it's not because you need more discipline.
You've built an incredible capacity to survive.
Now you need to build the capacity to live.
That's what we do inside Built For This.
We don't try to sand down the parts of you that make you powerful. We train them. We strengthen them. We teach you how to wield them without letting them burn you out.
Because the goal isn't to become less ambitious. Less independent. Less intense. Less passionate. Less powerful.
The goal is to become strong enough to use all of that power and still have something left for the life you're using it to build.
What you've been told -
and what to stop believing

Your patterns don't stay in one area of your life.
-The way you avoid the hard conversation with your partner because you don't want to deal with the discomfort...
-The way you keep putting off the thing you know you need to address because you already know how uncomfortable changing it will be...
-The way you go from “I've got this” to completely fucking depleted because you don't know how to do things at a sustainable pace...
-The way you expect yourself to do everything perfectly, and then beat the shit out of yourself when you inevitably act like a human being...
-The way you keep trying to solve everything by yourself because needing help feels like weakness...
-The way you underestimate yourself because trying and failing would feel worse than never trying at all...
Those patterns don't magically disappear when you walk into the gym.
They come with you. You'll avoid the exercises that make you uncomfortable. You'll choose what you're already good at because struggling in front of people feels humiliating. You'll go way too hard because you don't know how to challenge yourself without proving something. You'll get so sore you can barely move for a week, decide you've already fucked it up, and quit. You'll refuse to ask for help when help is exactly what would allow you to build more capacity.
You'll compare your beginning to someone else's decade of experience. You'll shame yourself for not being stronger. You'll underestimate what you're capable of. And that's exactly why I don't believe the gym is just a place to work out.
The gym is a laboratory for becoming the person you want to be everywhere else.
Because when you learn to recognize these patterns while they're happening in your body, you have something incredibly powerful -
A place to practice responding differently.
-You get to practice staying when you want to quit.
-Asking for help when you want to prove you can do it alone.
-Backing off when your ego wants to go harder.
-Trying something you're bad at without making it mean you're bad.
-Being seen struggling without needing to hide.
-And discovering, through actual experience, that you can be challenged without being destroyed.
That's how we build capacity.
Not by thinking your way into becoming a stronger woman.
By giving yourself repeated evidence that you already have the ability to become one.

Modern wellness culture has spent years telling independent, intellectual women that their patterns mean they're weakened and damaged. That their patterns are dysfunction. Syndromes.
That narrative is wrong. And it is actively weakening so many women.
What happened to you didn't permanently damage you. It built you because you turned it into strength from the start.
And the belief that you were weakened by your experiences is a huge part of the problem.
We turn to Human Design and Astrological Signs and those are all well and good but what we need to look at the most is our biological design.
The real truth about your design is you come from thousands of years of ancestors who overcame. You are designed on a cellular level, to get stronger through every struggle. Every storm.
You're designed to heal and you're designed to strengthen.
And inside Built For This, we prove this to our minds and bodies inside the gym using intentional strength training.

BODY
Your body strengthens under load
Muscle grows by tearing and rebuilding. Bone density increases under weight. The body's response to sustainable struggle is not damage. It is adaptation. This is your physical design. It was never fragility.
MIND
Your brain rewires under challenge
Neuroplasticity doesn't die until you do. Every time you push past the point your brain said stop you are literally building new neural pathways. The discomfort is not the obstacle. It is the mechanism of growth. This is biology, not mindset.
SOUL
Your patterns were never dysfunction
The pushing through, the analyzing everything, the performing strength. Those were intelligent adaptation. Your brain and body did exactly what they were designed to do to keep you alive. The strength is real. We are only recalibrating the aim.
01
Hyper-Independence
"If I don't need anyone, no one can hold anything over my head or let me down."
02
Perfectionism
If I am perfect, I can't be rejected.
03
All-Or-Nothing Mentality
If I can't do it perfectly and it doesn't give me result IMMEDIATELY, there's no need to do it at all
04
Performing Impervious Strength
If no one sees my vulnerability or weakness, I'll be safe.

04
Performing Impervious Strength
If no one sees my vulnerability or weakness, I'll be safe from judgment and rejection.
Every single one of these is intelligent adaptation. Not dysfunction. Not weakness. Your brain doing exactly what it was built to do. We're not fixing them. We're recalibrating where they're aimed.

Week 1
• Monday Pod Call
• Tuesday Pod Call
• Thursday Class
Week 2
• Monday Pod Call
• Tuesday Pod Call
Week 3
• Monday Pod Call

Week 4 (+5)
Intentional rest. Integrate. Recover. Let the work land.
"Rest is not a reward for working hard enough. Rest is part of the design. The fourth week is protected on purpose because sustainable strength is the goal, and burning yourself out is just another leak we're not doing anymore."

WHERE YOU ARE NOW

WHERE YOU'RE GOING

Patterns don't rewire in 30 days. Six months is what it takes for the work to actually land. In your nervous system, your relationships, your results. This is not a quick fix. It is a real recalibration.
The size of this mastermind is limited on purpose. You will be known here. Not a face in a crowd. A woman who is seen, coached, and held by people genuinely invested in your growth.
