I'm a relationship and trauma expert and I help women like yourself to build healthy relationships with themselves and others following trauma.
I have women come to me all the time with very similar struggles and one of them is this feeling of living life on auto-pilot.
They spend their time so focused on the needs and desires of everyone around them that they shut down the part of them that communicates what they want.Ā
Because it's easier to not want anything than to want and not get.Ā
However, this leaves them feeling like a shell. Or maybe full of rage. Or toggling back and forth between the too. It can leave them (you) feeling like life doesn't feel worth living and only hanging on for those they love.
This is where I come in. Because I was there. I wanted to make sure everyone else was happy around me to the point that I completely detached from even trying to figure out what I wanted.Ā
